Although we hold information about yourselves, we do not release any personally identifiable information about you without your permission. Personally identifiable information is that such as your name, date of birth,email or mailing address. That can be used uniquely to identify you.
You may visit our site without having to reveal any information about yourself. Only when filling in a Booking form do you need to give any information of a personal nature.
The personal information that we hold on you is used in one of three ways:
1. For the Indemnity forms that our business requires.
2. For mailing purposes, ie: To notify you of any new dates that become available during the season or of any other information that we need to pass on to any of our customers, either individually or en-mass.
3. With select third parties who work with us. ie; when attending any Brands Hatch Ciruit Ltd race track we are required to provide an Indemnity Form with your details for your signature on the day. This form is ticked to deny them access to use this information unless otherwise requested.
Disclosure of your Identity
If a law enforcement agency request information in relation to your identity we will comply with the request. If we recieve a request from any other person or body then NO information will be disclosed without prior contact with yourselves. In the event that we are unable to contact you we will advise the person or agency requesting the information of the situation. After 3 Months if we still have not been able to contact you then the information requested will be disclosed.
Financial Details
Any information of a financial nature is STRICTLY for our use and is not shared, either in part or full with anyone other than the person dealing with your business.
