Hi Thanks for a very well organised and enjoyable track day at Brands Hatch yesterday. The briefing was to the point, everyone knew what they could / could not do and the day ran to time – cant ask for more, and it did not rain or snow either !! I don\’t usually attend track days as typically end up spending any spare funds on racing with Bemsee, but yesterday made a pleasant change to try out for the 1st time my 2005 race season R1, and also to get back on a bike after breaking collar bone etc racing in July, so very pleasantly surprised how much fun it was to be on a track day. Cheers Andy Brown (Intermediate group)

A Track Day with Someone else (Feed Back) Most important feedback came from Alex. Far happier on one of your events with the standard of service and care that she felt she got. She felt a bit abandoned yesterday. She asked for someone just to take her out and show her the lines and after they said they would the instructor just cleared off and left her. She was none the wiser and didn\\\\’t feel that she gained any experience from the day. Almost certainly our plans for next year will include a number of \\\\”double\\\\” days, Croft, Anglesey and perhaps Cadwell if you get any. Overall she really enjoyed Anglesey and benefited from the time that Roger gave her. Next year we\\\\’ll build on that. As you know we are both very interested in the Assen trip. Almost certainly Alex will ride but whether she has the strength or inclination to do a full week is another matter!! On a personal note I am very glad that you are not winding up TTP. I believe that you have an excellent product and run a very good day. One of the things to build in to next years plans are how you can really take that advantage and market it. In a market dominated by price, quality of service is going to be a real differentiator. I did not see anyone from The other company about the paddock. Nobody checking everyone was all right or offering advice/support. Maybe I see that from you as an old and valued customer but I get the real sense that it happens with everyone. I\\\\’d really push that next year. I\\\\’d take a long hard look at those things that cost you nothing financially but are valuable to customers and see how you can maximise them. Speak to you soon Andy

Hi, Just a quick email to say thanks again for a fantastic day out. You\’ve got to be the most professional outfit doing track days. Could you pass on my thanks and appreciation to the two instructors. They looked after me so well, gave great advice and made the track a safe place to be. Look forward to seeing everyone again next year. Thanks Hayley

I FEEL LIKE YOU LOOK. (after the 27th,28th & 29th Aug) which is not a very nice way to start the week. Not withstanding the abuse that we dished out to you over the weekend, in time honoured tradition I feel it necessary to continue into the new working week. I have a complaint which I feel that you, as a Tracktime Promotions board member should address. My body is completely wrecked. I have blisters on my feet and hands, my legs feel like I\\’ve run a marathon and my back aches like you would not believe. All this is your fault. It is entirely irresponsible of you, as a professional track day organiser, to run three concurrent events with dry weather (can\\’t really count a flood of oil as a weather event…) at great circuits and with such good company. To allow the public access to such an excessive amount of fun is inherently dangerous and can do serious damage to your health. So despite the fact that the bikes tyres and brakes are shagged and that the rider is a mere empty and shallow representation of the person who left home on Thursday afternoon, I have to say thank you for a great weekend! I had more track time than I could cope with and spent Bank holiday Monday with my arse welded to the sofa watching BSB, such was my state of knackerdness!! What was also good was seeing Peter again. Strangely enough we missed the crusty old sod, although after the abuse he dished out we were all left wondering just why that was! I\\’m hoping to go along to Donnington on Sunday to see the endurance race and to see him practice what he preaches! We all stopped off somewhere near Chester and had a meal on the way back which meant I got home about 1am. God know what time the others got back. However, I wouldn\\’t have missed it for the world. As usual, the war stories started coming out and I was laughing so hard I was crying!! Let me know if anything happens on the band front. I seem to remember that Bob mentioned that he was planning on knocking out a DVD when I saw him at Cadwell so that would be good to see. Sadly time and funds are probably bringing my season to a close. We\\’re off on holiday in a fortnight for a week which will take us to the end of September and with a low holiday entitlement I\\’ll be pretty restricted to just weekends for any remaining days. I\\’m trying to persuade Alex to do the event at Oulton at the beginning of November but she\\’s a bit \\”fair weather\\”. After Cadwell she doesn\\’t mind the rain but she can\\’t stand the cold!! We might wait and see what the weather has in store for us. If it\\’s a goer I\\’ll try and round up Mr Andrew and Shane as well. I\\’ve also floated the idea to Alex for Assen. She\\’s interested. We have friends in Holland so we could double up holiday and track time for both of us. No doubt we\\’ll speak soon. Love to Debs and the kids Andy Andy McKnight

Dear Phil and Team, Just a short email to thank you and your team for a fantastic day yesterday at Mallory. Myself, My Brother and two of our biker buddies lost our Track day Virginity with your help!! Here follows my Story….. Couldn\’t sleep the night before due to anticipation and excitement of what lay ahead, maybe got a couple of hours kip!! awoke at 4am to the sound of Thunder and Lightening!! Oh shit!! they said there was a risk of a shower, but this was a full on tropical rainstorm. Having owned my R6 for 11 months it had never seen a drop of rain, thoughts of should I just go back to bed were considered, but No, arrangements had been made so I donned the leathers and a pathetic excuse for a rainsuit and headed off to meet my biking buddies. We set off from Swindon(Wilts) at 6.15am. rode through what felt like the Eye of the storm, It finally stopped raining when we got to Hinckley, quick fuel stop and then off to Mallory. Into circuit across the hallowed tarmac which had ownly been previously seen through the fence whilst attending years of BSB and Transatlantic Trophy meetings. Straight into Pit lane where we were greeted by yourself and your team, signed on and attended the Riders Briefing. Very Infomative and Light hearted which put us all at ease. Thank god No Ego\’s!! The first session wizzed by even though it was spent behind the Instructor. I couldn\’t help but think I was Jamie Whitham going into the Hairpin for the first time!! Sessions 2 and 3 came and went, getting quicker and more confident all the time. Although I think I gave the Marshall a bit of a fright at the Hairpin as I missed my braking point, OOPS!! Lunchtime was a relief as I was Starving. But as One O\’clock drew nearer the rain began to drop, Oh no not again, I\’d only just got dry from the mornings drenching. I decided to sit out the wet session as some oil had been dropped at the Esses and my ride home was always in the back of my mind. The rain stopped and thanks to the sun and the other 2 groups the track soon dried. The final two sessions were the best of the day, session 6 saw my brother being stuffed up the inside going into Edwina\’s by a very competant lady rider which will now be of great use in future piss takes!! and session 7 saw me Lap consistently with all corners mastered, even Gerrards was to meet my knee sliders intimately!! Thanks again for a great day, please pass on my thanks to your team Cheers, Mike Wiltshire Ps. It rained on the way home!!

Dear Phil and Debbie Mark Hanna, who brought Yuki along for a ride around Mallory, wanted me to e-mail you to say a huge thank you for all the help and favours you extended to Yuki yesterday. As it was Yuki\’s first visit to the track we wanted to give him a chance to familiarise himself with Mallory, which is particularly important in view of all his recent injuries as he needs to build his confidence and fitness up again. So we all very much appreciate your kindness, understanding and willingness to help us out. Many thanks again for your understanding and support; Yuki said he thoroughly enjoyed himself. Kindest regards on behalf of Yuki, Mark and all the team Caroline Young Race Team Co-ordinator & PA to Managing Director Crescent Suzuki Performance Centre
